Enrollment is subject to the completion of the registration process and, where applicable, payment of the required fees. Care & Cuddles Sports Academy reserves the right to accept or decline applications.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Training & Participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Participants are expected to attend training sessions on time, follow the instructions of coaches, and demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect toward teammates, staff, officials, and facilities.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Health & Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical and emergency contact information. Any existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect participation must be disclosed before training.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Fees & Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Training fees must be paid according to the academy’s payment schedule. Late or unpaid fees may result in suspension of participation until payment is received.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Cancellations & Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Registration and training fees are subject to the academy’s Refund Policy. Missed training sessions are generally not refundable unless otherwise stated.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Photography & Media<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The academy may take photographs or videos during training sessions, matches, and events for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. Parents or guardians who do not wish their child to appear in such media should notify the academy in writing.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Website Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
