At Care & Cuddles Sports Academy<\/strong>, we are committed to providing quality coaching and a positive experience for every participant. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before registering.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Registration Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the academy.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Training Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Training fees are payable according to the academy’s payment schedule. Once a training period has commenced, fees paid are generally non-refundable.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Missed Training Sessions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for training sessions missed due to personal reasons, including holidays, illness, or other commitments, unless approved by the academy.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Academy Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If a training session is cancelled by the academy due to unforeseen circumstances, we will, where possible, arrange a replacement session or provide an appropriate credit toward future training.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Withdrawal from the Academy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Parents or guardians who wish to withdraw a participant should notify the academy in writing. Any refund request will be considered at the academy’s discretion and in accordance with this policy.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Special Circumstances<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances, such as long-term illness or relocation, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have made a duplicate payment, please contact us promptly. Verified payment errors will be corrected as soon as possible.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n
