4. Fees & Payments
Training fees must be paid according to the academy’s payment schedule. Late or unpaid fees may result in suspension of participation until payment is received.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Registration and training fees are subject to the academy’s Refund Policy. Missed training sessions are generally not refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Photography & Media
The academy may take photographs or videos during training sessions, matches, and events for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. Parents or guardians who do not wish their child to appear in such media should notify the academy in writing.
