At Care & Cuddles Sports Academy, we are committed to providing quality coaching and a positive experience for every participant. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before registering.
1. Registration Fees
Registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the academy.
2. Training Fees
Training fees are payable according to the academy’s payment schedule. Once a training period has commenced, fees paid are generally non-refundable.
3. Missed Training Sessions
No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for training sessions missed due to personal reasons, including holidays, illness, or other commitments, unless approved by the academy.
4. Academy Cancellations
If a training session is cancelled by the academy due to unforeseen circumstances, we will, where possible, arrange a replacement session or provide an appropriate credit toward future training.
5. Withdrawal from the Academy
Parents or guardians who wish to withdraw a participant should notify the academy in writing. Any refund request will be considered at the academy’s discretion and in accordance with this policy.
6. Special Circumstances
Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances, such as long-term illness or relocation, may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
7. Payment Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have made a duplicate payment, please contact us promptly. Verified payment errors will be corrected as soon as possible.
